Buzzing Bee Skep

Skeps were used in beekeeping as traditional beehives for centuries. Commonly made from grass, straw, or other fibers, they provided a sheltered space for honeybee colonies to build their combs, store honey, and raise brood. The shape encouraged bees to build their honeycombs in a circular pattern; resembling the natural structure of a hive.

This candle is made from 100% pure beeswax harvested from hives in the Mohawk Valley Region of New York State.  The natural golden hue of beeswax, coupled with its subtle honey fragrance, provides a sensory experience that transcends ordinary candles.
